  1. Dear Michael.

I liked your presentation very much. I think you were very professional. Especially I liked the last part when you raised some questions and made a discussion in the class. I believe that such things make the audience to cooperate and understand subjects better. Furthermore, I liked your voice tone which was calm throughout all the presentation. It seems like you have the qualities of a good speaker.

    1. Hi Avital
Thanks for commenting. When I do a presentation I always try to make it interesting for the audience, so that is why I asked you those questions. I really liked the fact that you liked my presentation, I have to say that I have learned some of these ways of presenting from Leo's presentations.

  2. Dear Michael Alexadrovich
I think you did very well today, your PPT was well organized and the content was brief and interesting. I would like to consider a few points of this approach that you presented in your PPT.
    1. S3 - Beside the teacher role to be the facilitator in learning process , the pupils have thier own reponsibilty to learn and to be motivated.
    2. S9 - I truly agree that the profession of teaching as any other profession requires flexibility and constant learning and improvement, "the traditional" teaching of chalk & board is useless now days without combining it with IT.

    2. Hi Eliasaf
First of all thank you for commenting. I like that you liked the content of the presentation and the presentation as well, thank you for that. I think that you have some really good points here. I think that most of the responsibility is not on the teacher but it has to come from the students. The students have to be motivated otherwise they won't be able to learn.

  3. Dear Michael,
I genuinely liked you presentation. The information on the PPT was organized and well presented. In general, I believe that there can be some components to use from the different theories and approaches being taught. It is extremely important and valuable, as a teacher to try to combine what is useful and best suits your class. A teacher must not use solely and constantly one approach but rather expose the students to various things. And as you said Michael, to be a ware and know the importance of change. Furthermore, a teacher should know the every student is different from his peer, and one method can work for one but it doesn’t necessarily means it would work for the other. As you mentioned, personal growth should be addressed and noticed, and behaviors or methods that might cause stress and anxiety to your students should be avoided. Learners should also be actively involved in the learning process.

  4. Dear Michael,
Your presentation was really good presented, well organized and interesting.
Actually, it was a very good idea to create a discussion in the class and ask us some questions regarding the subject. This way, we could express our opinion according to the presented information.
Persaonally, I really enjoyed it and I truly think that you were fluent, clear and professional in your presentation. I am totally for this approach and I believe that we should make an effort to incorporate it in our classrooms.
There is no doubt that we should realize the importance of this change and do our best to make it possible. In addition, I think that we should connect to the inner world of our future students and figure out what motivates them.

    Thanks, Sigal.

    2. Hi Sigal
Thank you for commenting. I really like the fact that you enjoyed my presentation, it is really important to me because I like presenting. I think that we must try and use these approaches. Although it is almost impossible to carry out these approaches, we must try and do our best anyway.

  5. Dear Michael,
    Your presentation was great!!
I really loved the last part, when you asked if we think that this approach can take place in language learning. You involved us and made a discussion in the class.
Personally, it helped me understand the subject better.
    Thank you.

    1. Hi Oriya
I really enjoyed reading your comment and thank you for that. Your comment made me realize how much it is important to involve the class during a presentation. Without involving the class the presentation could be very boring, and a lot of the students won't understand what's going on.

  7. Dear Michael
    I really enjoyed your presentation.
I think the topic you chose is making headlines these days . Putting your pupils in the center, be aware of who they are and what they need are just a few of the new "goals" the education system recently set for itself ... I do think that we have to pay attention to each and every pupil and try to teach differentially. But the reality is that it's very hard to do it, and teachers often don't have the time, the power or the proper skills to do it.

  8. Hi Reut and thank you for commenting.
I agree with you, teachers today don't have the proper skills to make a change. But the teachers are not the biggest problem. The biggest problem is the ministry of education that cannot provide the right tools for the teachers.
